南无 世尊·应供·正等觉者
善哉 尊者 我等礼敬世尊
一切智者的导师
正法的旌旗
我等礼拜佛牙舍利
佛陀的佛牙舍利
无上佛果的印证
我等虔诚合掌
以净信心恭敬礼拜
阿难尊者所传承
具大威力的佛牙
我等顶礼供奉
正等觉者所尊崇
从佛陀金刚座上
如来圣身所化现
我今顶礼皈依
胜利者的圣舍利
转法轮圣者的
口中化现之牙
世间光明尊者
我礼大智圣者
以此礼赞偈颂
我等虔诚供养
愿佛牙舍利加持
普世恒得安乐
应受供养大长老
法将尊比丘僧
以信心精进力
礼敬胜者舍利
比丘 达摩萨弥（因达索玛·斯利丹塔·玛哈巴拉）
翻译说明：
采用"佛牙舍利"对应"Dāṭhādhātu"，符合汉传佛教术语
"正等觉者"对应"sammāsambuddha"，保留佛教专有名词
偈颂采用四字格与五言交替，既保持庄重又朗朗上口
