When the cause ceases, the effect stops, doesn't it?
So then...Don't we have (1) as cause and (2) as effect?
Don't we have (3) as cause and (4) as effect?
Looking at these sections, don't we need to know the present two sections - the aggregates at the moment of:
Seeing?
Hearing?
Smelling?
Tasting?
Touching?
When understanding this way, will you still take them as 'self' or 'person'?
No, you won't.
Now, in these known aggregates, are there still feet and hands?
Is there still a head?
Isn't the true nature clearly apparent?
Yes... contemplate this ultimate reality (paramattha) in this way.
We say "hot," "cold," "supporting," "feeling" only because we must use conventional language (be careful). We speak this way only because we have to.
"Let's study the paramattha that's beyond words"
That's why it's called ultimate reality (paramattha), isn't it?
