Purpose
Use this checklist to link each project to SDG targets and to check basic governance quality (clear roles, transparency, controls, and participation). HSWAGATA aims to align with SDGs, especially SDG 11 (heritage), SDG 16 (peace/strong institutions), and SDG 17 (partnerships).
This is based on H98, a macro-level SDG governance model that supports safe relic custody and good partnerships.
When to use: before approval of any project, and again at mid-term review and closure.
