TK-035 — MEDIA ASKS IF GOVERNMENT CONFIRMED (E)

(Public statements + media response script)

1. Purpose

Use TK-035 when media asks questions like:

  • “Has the government confirmed?”

  • “Did the ministry approve?”

  • “Is it official?”

  • “Do you have a case number?”

  • “Did the government verify the relics?”

Goal:

  • Answer without misinformation.

  • Protect sacred-relic safety and legal process.

  • Avoid conflict escalation.

  • Keep trust by speaking carefully.

2. Core Rule (One Sentence)

We only state what is documented in writing.
If there is no written confirmation, we say so calmly.

3. “Do / Do Not” List (Fast)

Do

  • Use short facts.

  • Say “submitted” vs “approved.”

  • Say “pending review” if true.

  • Offer to share only public-safe documents.

Do Not

  • Claim confirmation without a written source.

  • Guess timelines.

  • Share case numbers, names, phone numbers, relic locations.

  • Attack any person or agency.

4. Media Response Script (Default)

Thank you for your question.
At this time, we can confirm that we submitted the documents to the relevant office.
We have not received written confirmation or a final decision yet.
We will follow the official process and we will update the public only when we receive clear written notice.
Our priority is to protect peace, public trust, and the safety of the sacred relics.

5. If Media Asks: “So did the government confirm—yes or no?”

At this moment, no written confirmation has been issued to us.
So we cannot say “confirmed.”
We can only say: submitted and under process.

6. If Media Pushes for Details (Case number / office name / officer name)

For privacy and safety, we cannot share internal case details or personal names.
If there is a public announcement by the responsible authority, we will refer to that official source.

7. If Media Asks: “Is the relic authentic?”

Sacred relics are treated with deep respect in our tradition.
For claims of authenticity, we follow careful ethics: documentation, non-harm, and responsible communication.
We do not make public “proof claims” while an official process is ongoing.

8. If Media Asks: “Why is it taking so long?”

Many official processes take time.
We respect the procedure and we will continue to follow up in a polite way.
Our focus is careful stewardship and calm communication.

9. If Media Offers a Story Angle (Risk of Misinformation)

Use this safety line:

We ask media to avoid speculation.
We will provide updates only when there is written confirmation from the competent authority.
This protects public trust and reduces misunderstanding.

10. 30-Second Spokesperson Version (Very Short)

“We submitted the documents. We have no written confirmation yet. We will update only with official written notice. We ask everyone to avoid speculation.”

11. Internal Handling Notes (Before Any Media Reply)

Before responding, check:

  • ☐ Has any written confirmation been received? (letter/email with ref)

  • ☐ Is there a risk of leak or conflict? (use TK-030 if yes)

  • ☐ Is our wording consistent across staff? (one spokesperson only)

  • ☐ Are we sharing only public-safe facts?

12. Log the Media Contact (Internal)

  • Media outlet: __________________________

  • Reporter name/contact: __________________________

  • Date/time: ____ / ____ / ______

  • Questions asked (bullets): __________________________

  • Script used (section #): ______

  • Any follow-up promised: ☐ No ☐ Yes: ____________________
