TK-051 — No-Fast-Claims Policy (Core Policy)

Policy rule: HSWAGATA does not make fast public claims like “100% authentic,” “scientifically proven,” or “officially confirmed” under pressure.

We only release statements when:

  1. Custody documents are complete (chain-of-custody + witness),

  2. Consent is complete (if any testing or expert review occurred),

  3. Any scientific method limits are explained,

  4. A Board-approved wording is used, and

  5. Safety and social harmony risk is reviewed.

If a person pressures staff to claim authenticity quickly, staff must pause, record, and use this template.
